Estimation of regional physical imports and exports of EW-MFA in China using monetary input-output tables

摘要: Given the statistical gaps in material flow among provinces in China, a method was introduced to estimate regional physical imports and exports (RPIE), which includes international and interregional imports/exports. This method uses provincial monetary input-output tables (MIOT) and international trade statistics. A coefficient matrix representing correlations between monetary value and physical mass for years 2000–2009 was obtained based on a detailed commodity classification and 22 material production sectors in MIOT. With the coefficient matrix as reference, RPIE was measured. Pilot calculation of both regional physical trade balance and domestic material consumption, as well as a brief analysis of these methods, were conducted using 2002 data.

摘要: To improve material efficiency, industrial structure optimization becomes a focal point in Chinese industrial and environmental policies. It is crucial to cluster economic sectors and determine their priority for industrial and environmental policy implementation. Integrating a set of criteria, a hybrid input-output model and the hierarchical cluster analysis, this study clusters China’s economic sectors and determines their priority on a life cycle basis. China’s economic sectors are clustered into three clusters. Industrial structure changes (industrial policy) should encourage the development of sectors in cluster 1 and limit the development of sectors in cluster 2. Technology development and materials recycling (two environmental policies) should mainly focus on sectors in clusters 1 and 2. Future industrial policies in China should limit the development of two sectors named and . Instead of limiting some industries by command-and-control, the best policy option is to remedy environmental standards and law enforcement. Enterprises belonging to the identified key sectors from the viewpoint of direct production impacts should be concerned to achieve enterprise sustainability. To achieve sustainable production chains, the identified key sectors from the viewpoint of accumulative production impacts should be concerned. For sustainable consumption, the identified key sectors from the viewpoint of consumption impacts should be concerned to transform consumption styles. Most of environmental pressure can be alleviated not only by technical improvements and material recycling, but also by the development of economic sectors in cluster 1.

Impacts of inter-sectoral trade on carbon emissions—a case of China in 2007

摘要: With the increase in international trade, more attention has been given to quantifying the impacts of international trade on energy use and carbon emissions. Input-output analysis is a suitable tool for assessing resources or pollutants embodied in trade and it has become a critical tool for performing such analysis. This study estimated the national and sectoral carbon emissions embodied in Chinese international trade using the latest available China input-output table of 2007. The results showed that a significant exporting behavior of embodied carbon emissions existed in China’s trade. Over 1/3 of the emissions in Chinese domestic production processes were generated for exports in 2007. The net balance of emissions embodied in exports and imports accounted for nearly 30% of China’s domestic emissions, which means that any policy made to increase the exports would result in a significant growth of China’s domestic emissions. Since over half of China’s export trade is processing trade, the re-exported emissions could not be overlooked; otherwise, it would hard to capture the actual emissions generated abroad to obtain China’s domestic consumption. The enlargement of export scale is a primary driven factor to the rapid growth of China’s exported emissions. It is necessary for China to adjust its economic and industrial structure to reduce the dependence of economic growth on the export trade. However, when adjusting industry structures or making policies on carbon emission reduction, it will be more reasonable to consider the relationship between production and consumption, rather than just focus on the emission values of sectors’ direct production, as a large part of carbon emissions emitted by the principal direct polluters were generated to obtain the products which were required by other sectors.

四川省电信制造业的经济效益分析和评价

通过经济效益分析模型和1987—1997年的四川省投入产出表提供的数据,并分析了电信制造业10年来的经济效益状况,综合评价了电信制造业在四川省国民经济中的贡献和作用,四川省电信制造业的作用正在发生较大的变化,从以前的推动型逐渐转变成带动型;论证了四川省电信制造业优先发展的必然性,为四川省国民经济发展提供对策。

中国与“一带一路”沿线典型国家贸易虚拟水分析

摘要:

本文基于多区域投入产出分析方法,建立了全球多尺度嵌套模型及相应的环境卫星矩阵数据库,测算了中国对“一带一路”沿线典型国家商品和服务贸易的虚拟水量。总体来说,中国在与“一带一路”沿线典型国家进行贸易时,国内生产耗水量小于国内消费虚拟水,属于虚拟水的“国内消费、国外承担”模式,是虚拟水净进口国。俄罗斯和韩国是中国虚拟水的主要出口国家,印度和印度尼西亚是中国虚拟水的主要进口国。研究表明,中国沿海、内陆、东北、西北及西南地区的国内外出口贸易虚拟水依次减少,在贸易虚拟水足迹行业结构中,农林牧渔业是最大的虚拟水净出口部门,食品及烟草行业、建筑业、其他服务业是位于前三的虚拟水进口部门。

Cutting CO emissions through demand side regulation: Implications from multi-regional inputoutput linear

摘要: This study combines multi-regional input–output (MRIO) model with linear programming (LP) model to explore economic structure adjustment strategies for the reduction of carbon dioxide (CO2) emissions. A particular feature of this study is the identification of the optimal regulation sequence of final products in various regions to reduce CO2 emissions with the minimum loss in gross domestic product (GDP). By using China’s MRIO tables 2017 with 28 regions and 42 economic sectors, results show that reduction in final demand leads to simultaneous reductions in GDP and CO2 emissions. Nevertheless, certain demand side regulation strategy can be adopted to lower CO2 emissions at the smallest loss of economic growth. Several key final products, such as metallurgy, nonmetal, metal, and chemical products, should first be regulated to reduce CO2 emissions at the minimum loss in GDP. Most of these key products concentrate in the coastal developed regions in China. The proposed MRIOLP model considers the inter-relationship among various sectors and regions, and can aid policy makers in designing effective policy for industrial structure adjustment at the regional level to achieve the national environmental and economic targets.

摘要: 本文主要探究了在传感器采样频率较高(如高速相机、位置传感器)、倾斜镜动态特性不可忽略的情况下,如何基于实验数据建立开环倾斜镜系统的动态耦合数学模型的问题。分析了系统的动态特性以及输入与输出之间的耦合,提出了基于倾斜镜系统的输入输出数据、采用子空间辨识算法建立倾斜镜系统动态耦合数学模型的方法,并通过实验评估了模型的准确性和建模方法的可行性。实验结果显示,通过该方法所建立的倾斜镜动态耦合模型的VAF(variance-accounted-for)值达到了97%,其准确性相比传统的静态模型有了很大提高,验证了建模方法的可行性。研究成果可用于闭环倾斜镜系统优化反馈控制器的设计,提高系统对于光束偏移矫正的性能。

大规模天线多入多出认知无线网络中的多用户传输速率和能量分析 None

摘要: 讨论了在包含中继和大规模多入多出天线下的认知无线网络传输性能和能量分配问题。首先得到了在不考虑认知情况下的中继辅助大规模天线网络的下行传输性能,运用功率分配准则,第k个用户的渐近信干噪比与快衰落无关,当基站天线数和中继天线数的比值趋于无穷大时,整个传输过程的传输性能只与从中继到用户侧的传输有关,而与另外一侧的传输无关。接着给出了在完美和非完美信道情况下的认知大规模多入多出天线中继网络性能的闭式表达式。当主用户基站、次级用户基站、中继基站的天线数目趋于无穷大时,传输性能与快衰落无关,主、次网络之间的干扰能被完全消除,次级网络传输性能与干扰温度无关,次级网络可用峰值功率进行传输而不对主用户网络产生干扰。定义了主用户网络的效用函数,通过凸优化分析得到最佳中继发射功率。系统仿真验证了该结论。通过仿真,得到了系统传输速率与天线数目、中继功率、天线数目比值的关系。在多用户认知无线网络中,运用大规模多入多出天线的线性预编码方式能够极大减少干扰,提高传输效率,主用户网络和次级用户网络可以独立传输。

Modeling and analysis of controllable output property of cantilever-beam inertial sensors based on magnetic

摘要: Magnetic fluid is first introduced into the traditional cantilever-beam senor. Based on the property of the cantilever-beam and the novel controllable mag-viscosity of magnetic fluid, the output of cantilever-beam sensors is under control so that the controllable output of the sensors can be realized. The mathematical model of the sensors is established and analyzed. The dynamic control function and the following educational results, which include the two curves of the displacement ratio and phase function with the different damping ratio and frequency ratio, are obtained based on the model. The result shows that it is valid to realize the controllable output of the sensors by controlling the viscosity of the magnetic fluid, and finally the expanded measurement range can be realized.

摘要: 针对带有不确定性和量化输入信号的多智能体系统的编队跟踪控制问题,提出一种自适应输出反馈控制方法。利用非线性模型描述智能体系统,其中包含未知参数和不可测状态。建立一个高增益状态观测器以估测系统不可测状态。在高增益观测器和迟滞量化器基础上,设计自适应输出反馈控制方法,并确定控制系统的参数设置方法。稳定性分析证明该控制方法能使多智能体系统跟踪参考航迹并保持编队队形。同时,闭环系统中的所有信号均能保持有界。最后,仿真实验表明该控制方法的有效性。

摘要: 概要:该文研究了基于generalized-K信道的单发多收系统的物理层安全性能。分别考虑源节点在有和没有窃听信道的信道状态信息的两种情况,将generalized-K分布近似为伽马分布和混合伽马分布,分别推导出系统的保密中断概率和平均保密容量的解析表达式。最后通过蒙特卡罗仿真验证了分析结果。

A dynamic stiffness-based framework for harmonic input estimation and response reconstruction considering

摘要: In structural health monitoring (SHM), the measurement is point-wise but structures are continuous. Thus, input estimation has become a hot research subject with which the full-field structural response can be calculated with a finite element model (FEM). This paper proposes a framework based on the dynamic stiffness theory, to estimate harmonic input, reconstruct responses, and to localize damages from seriously deficient measurements. To begin, Fourier transform converts the dynamic equilibrium equation to an equivalent static one in the frequency domain, which is under-determined since the dimension of measurement vector is far less than the FEM-node number. The principal component analysis has been adopted to “compress” the under-determined equation, and formed an over-determined equation to estimate the unknown input. Then, inverse Fourier transform converts the estimated input in the frequency domain to the time domain. Applying this to the FEM can reconstruct the target responses. If a structure is damaged, the estimated nodal force can localize the damage. To improve the damage-detection accuracy, a multi-measurement-based indicator has been proposed. Numerical simulations have validated that the proposed framework can capably estimate input and reconstruct multi-types of full-field responses, and the damage indicator can localize minor damages even with the existence of noise.

摘要: 提出一种用于便携式终端的多输入多输出(MIMO)天线。手持终端天线的工作频带为5G(3.4–3.8 GHz)和WLAN(5.150–5.925 GHz)。5G和WLAN频段的天线单元交错放置,尽量保证同频单元间距离较远,以减少天线元件间的耦合。所有天线元件回波损耗均大于6 dB。所有元件间隔离度大于14 dB。高频天线辐射效率大于50%,低频天线辐射效率大于40%。所有元件远场增益大于2.2 dBi。
